Delivery
We ship all over the world. All goods in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours. Items will be sent by Royal Mail from the UK.
All goods will be shipped with tracking
Royal Mail try to deliver within 1-3 days (UK);
3-5 days (EU); 5-8 days (non-EU, worldwide), However there can be delays beyond our control.
All items are priced by weight, and we use the most afforadble and secure service available.
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel an order within seven days
starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a "cooling off" period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty.
If you wish to cancel an order, please write to us, phone or email at Ilovefancydress.co.uk@fsmail.net with your full details, invoice number and cancellation instructions.
To cancel the order you must give us notice within seven working days
starting from the day after you take delivery of the order.
Once you have cancelled the order, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods.
You must return the goods to us at your expense to the address below.
we would advise that you use a recorded-delivery service for small items and an insured courier service for larger items.
Please be aware that Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will only offer compensation up to £30 should a package not be delivered
and therefore must not be used for returning any items of a higher value.
Please include your details with the returned item.
Ilovefancydress.co.uk always tries to ensure that the displayed items are in stock.
In the rare case an order is not in stock it will automatically be placed on backorder.
Ilovefancydress.co.uk will contact you with an estimated delivery time, where you can decide if you would like to process the order.
Breakages & Faulty Items.
Please inform us of any damages within two working days of receiving the item (s).
Items that have been damaged while in transit to you will be replaced at no extra cost.
Missing Items
Please inform us within 30 days if an item fails to arrive. We cannot be held responsible for items lost
if we have not been notified of the item been missing within a 30 day period starting from the date the item was despatched.

Cheques & Postal orders (uk only)
we offers you to pay by cheque, or Postal Order. We will dispatch the ordered good once we have received the cheque and it has been cleared cleared by our bank. (3-5 working days).

CONTRACT OF HIRE
ITEMS CAN BE HIRED, AT RATES PUBLISHED PER 24 HOURS HIRE
A HOLDING DEPOSIT WILL BE HELD AGAINST THE HIRED ITEM
THE ITEM WILL ALWAYS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF ILOVEFANCYDRESS.
THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER UPON RECIPT OF THE ITEM IN GOOD CLEAN
CONDITION, ANY DAMAGES AND NEED FOR REPAIRS (COSTS) CAUSED TO THE ITEM WHILST HIRED
OUT, WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT.
THE ITEM SHALL BE INSPECTED BEFORE HIRE BY THE CUSTOMER AND ILOVEFANCYDRESS STAFF
AND ANY DEFECTS BEFORE HIRING WILL BE NOTED.
THE LATE RETURN OF ITEMS, WILL BE SUBJECT TO A DEDUCTION OF 10% OF THE DEPOSIT HELD
PER 24 HOURS AFTER ITS' DUE DATE/TIME OF RETURN.
